The Democrat-Gazette and Arkansasfamilycoalition.blogspot.com are reporting that employee's for Attorney General Mike Bebee have been caught doing work on his campaign. As if the taxpayer funded commericals of him telling us how much he was looking out for us were not bad enough!

What will this mean for his campaign for Governor? The GOP primary looms larger than ever as the Democratic favorite stumbles!

Generally Election Day is an exciting time for me. But this Governor's race in both primaries seems hopelees. For Conservative, like myself it is Lose/Lose situation. But I will probably vote in the Republican Primary, so that I can vote for Jim Holt for Lt. Governor. My vote for Governor in both the primary and General Election will possible be left blank.

I did not vote for Governor in the last general election. No one earned it.

I have to say any comments in future on this blog, will be rather one-sided. In fact, Mark Moore will probably censure this comment, as he did my last submission.

The reasoning he gave and that other "contributors" supposedly supported him on, is because I am gay.

Its sad, since I actually defended this website. I actually asked that my personal life not be made an issue.

Mark Moore, you made this whole blog now out to be a lie. The watch should be you and how you and others conduct yourselves. If you are posting here....beware of free thought.

Being gay is not personal if everyone knows about it. The problem that people have with gays is that you expect people to not criticize your "personal" preference and then you go put on women's clothing and parade through town.

I am not going to dignify that with a response, except to say I do not wear women's clothing. Also what I have written has NOT been about my sexuality.

Oh no! Here we go again. It seems every thread ends up on the subject of sodomy. Yes I oppose Gay Rights, and believe it is a sin against God. But it seems every thread ends up on this subject. This blog is supposed to be about the Governor's race in 2006.

So is Bebee toast, or are state Democrats such Kool-Aid drinkers that blantant mis-use of state workers for campainging won't budge them?

Maybe it is not them we need to consider, but the shrinking middle. 5% of the voters swithcing from the Dems to the GOP would be a sea-change. The Democratic party would be demolished if even that many would finally get tired of the corruption (except that the state GOP has its own corruption to deal with).

That is all it would take, 5% of the vote to get de-inspired to vote democrat and switch. A 5% switch at the edge in the last election and Jim Holt would now be a U.S. Senator despite being outspent 60-1.

If Bebee is all the Dems have to offer in 2006, they most likely will not regain the Governor's seat.

This is once again an example of the blogs reporting and the mainstram media protecting those whom they like. Keep up the good work.

Drew...you need to start a blog of your own. I know there are a lot of people (myself included) who value your political opinion, although in some cases it is not apparent in the comments. I would love to read your opinions in a forum dedicated to just that.

Yes, Drew please start your own blog. You can discuss homosinuality all you want on your blog and we will be rid of your deviant perverse rants.

Then please never come to any of the straight blogs again.

I am not sure that those are trolls. If they are, I am now in a much better position to hunt them.

I hope they have their finger on the pulse of Arkansas politics from their vantage point of the bowels of the Transportation Department in D.C.

They have their fingers on a lot of things up in DC, but the pulse of Arkansas Politics is not one of them.

I thought that a thread on Bebee getting caught re-handed would elicit more comments.

His campaing has really gotten off to a rotten start. Who has he inspired?

The Democrats are fading as a party. They are dying, though it may be a while before someone finally turns off the machine. They are literally dying. On the young end, they have aborted their base. 40 million democrat voters killed off their children through abortion. Since children tend to vote like their parents, the Dems have lost votes. They lose more every day.

Did you know that the top ten states for female fertility (well, only caucasians were measured) all went for Bush in 04, and the bottom ten in fertility all went for Kerry? The only ones having significant numbers of kids are the right-wing zealots!

On the other end, every day you pick up the paper and read the obituaries you read about the deaths of many Yellow Dog Democrats.

I want to make it clear that I mourn these deaths. I am not happy people are dying. I am only pointing out the blunt truth, that the Democratic party has a base that is dying in disproportionate numbers.

It is an odd sort of twist on Darwin's ideas. We now have abortion and meth and rampant promiscuity available. In our society the average person has the means to destroy themselves. It is survival of the fittest, and the fittest appear to be those who reject Darwin's ideas!

Arkansas appears to be the last stronghold for the Dems in the south. If Bebee is the best they can muster, it won't last.
