Member of Violent Mexican Gang Involved In Rogers Murder
The Demo-Zette's Michael Bradford reported that one of the three persons involved in the road-rage murder of 32-year old father of four David Francis is an illegal alien and a member of a violent Mexican gang that is increasing its presence in Arkansas.
His report said "Camacho-Ambriz gave police three different names. Police said he has a lengthy criminal history, including a charge of shooting at an inhabited dwelling or vehicle in California.
He has a tattoo of the number 13 on his right forearm and is active in the Sureno-13 gang, the affidavit states.
Steve Metheney, chairman of the Anti-Gang Task Force of Northwest Arkansas, said police have linked graffiti and drug crime in Rogers to Sureno-13.
The gang has ties to southern California and originates in Mexico.
“It’s a violent, dangerous gang that operates in several states across the country,” said Metheney, who is also a Benton County sheriff’s deputy.
“Sureno-13 activity has been picking up in Rogers lately. They’re really trying to make a name for themselves.” "

Serafin Sandoval-Vega, 19, was the triggerman in the killing. Gangmember Manuel Enrique Camacho-Ambriz, 25, was the driver and according to accounts encouraged Sandoval-Vega to shoot into the vehicle.
The father of David Francis has appealed for calm and forgiveness, and that citizens not unfairly blame the NWA Hispanic community at large for his son's murder.
In other news, Malvern papers are reporting that a 23 year old illegal alien male dressed as a female to first entice and then force a 16 year old boy into sexual relations.
I have absolutely no ill will toward NWA's Hispanic community. It's the illegal immigrant "community" I'm ticked off about.

I have heard people say just deport them to Mexico. I say if a crime this heinous has been committed, once they are executed, put them in a pine box and deliver it to their President.
And just a bit to say well that just doesnt sound at all Christian to some. I say, That is my christian view since God doesnt want the body/flesh anyway. He only deals with their soul.
They are only here to commit the crimes that Americans won't commit.

Maybe you're not from around Northwest Arkansas, but this was not a typical crime.
