Little Rock Under National Scrutiny

The citation of two homeschooled girls by Little Rock police was a topic covered in the American Family Association radio program AFA Report yesterday.

The legal arm of the American Family Association, the AFA Center for Law & Policy, is defending two homeschooled sisters who were charged with disorderly conduct for handing out gospel tracts in front of an abortion mill in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Sixteen-year-old Rachael Snow and her 20-year-old sister Talitha will have a hearing on the charges in two weeks. The home-schooled sisters were standing on a public sidewalk, offering tracts to women who were entering an abortion center in the Arkansas capital. Their conduct, according to the Little Rock Police Department, was "disorderly." Neither of the sisters had previously been cited or charged for a violation of the law.

That is sad, to be charged for trying to save a life.

I'm pro-life always have been. World estimations of the number of terminations carried out each year is anywhere between 20 and 88 million.
3,500 per day / 1.3 million per year in America alone. 50% of that 1.3 million CLAIMED failed birth control was to blame. A further 48% had failed to use any birth control at all. That leaves 2%that had medical reasons. That means a stagering 98% may have been avoided had an effective birth control been used.

DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN GET AN IMPLANT (in arm) THAT IS - SAFE - 99.9% EFFECTIVE AND LASTS FOR THREE YEARS?

I'm not shocked. Aborted babies are the human sacrifice on the altar of Neo-Stalinism. And the GOP is useless for combating the onslaught of the baby killers. That's why the party base -- true conservatives, not the greedy capitalists who treat conservatives as if they're the crazy aunt in the attic -- should look elsewhere for a presidential candidate. For instance, one guy who's tossed his hat in the ring for 2008 is Republican John Cox. See his first TV spot here: www.cox2008/video

I haven't seen the video. I can only assume that these mis-guided zealots were getting in peoples faces and blocking the path down the sidewalk. This is a standard tactic of those who wish to impose their supposed high morals on others. I've walked in public places where this same behavior is carried out, only being allowed to go my way after taking the trash and forcing past them. I support your efforts to reduce abortion, I do not support your efforts to end or make it hard to get access to the procedure. Your efforts to end abortion have caused more harm than good, more deaths and beatings than will ever be known. You don't like choice? Then let someone else make them for you and see how long before you realize you are a slave to someone else. If you believe abortion is wrong and that life begins at conception, then you cannot use any chemical birth control methods or you will cause a spontaneous abortion and are guilty of what you say is wrong.
