Ten Days 'Till I Return

I guess I could have just called them both up and told them, but I want to remind my readers that I will be back from vacation on the 4th of July. At that time, I plan to resume posting on AW. Many thanks to Debbie Pelley who took up some of my slack during this much needed break from the madness that passes for politics and government during this time.

See you in ten.

I can't believe you were able to do it. I kept thinking you'd hope on and hammer out a post during a lot of the heated immigration discussion in Washington. Gotta hand it to you -- you're a man of your word. See you in a few days.

Thanks Steve,

It is a tempting, target-rich environment. One thing that helped hold me back on the shamnesty bill- I would get arrested if I posted some of my feelings about that bill.

Mark,

You really should comment on the the Fair Tax being hawked by Huckabee. Is he championing the same bill defeated in 2005 or something different?

I'm looking forward to your return. I'll add, however, that the blog has remained interesting in your absence. Thanks Ms. Pelley.
