It is a bit campy. But honestly I kind of like it, even if my first reaction was as Mark says "cringe."
The folks criticizing the ad are coming across like the people who were getting vaccinations before going to a NASCAR race.
This is exactly the effect that I think Huckabee is going for... solidifying the "Reagan-like" perception that he is "for the common man."
Just my thoughts. Without making a statement about policy, I think only Huckabee has "it" whatever "it" is. None of the other candidates are like Kennedy, Reagan, and Bill Clinton in possessing the "it", but Huckabee.
