Next Clinton Scandal Media Won't Report

Kathleen Willey, the woman who accused Bill Clinton of groping her in the White House when she came to him in desperation for a job, has a new book out that accuses the Clinton's of a number of crimes. She even lays out reasons why she thinks that her husband's suicide might actually have been a murder- at the hands of the Clinton's. Ms. Willey says that her husband transported illegal campaign cash for the Clintons, and that out of financial desperation he may have taken some of the illegal money he was transporting. More details here.

The explosive allegations in this book, and their supporting evidence, are likely to get less coverage on the network media than what Fred Thompson's former adviser did 25 years ago. Certainly the Norman Hsu / more dirty Chinese money for the Clinton's scandal got less coverage.

Mark,
Another interesting twist on this case is that (if I remember correctly) it was the night before she was to deliver the manuscript of the book to the publisher someone broke into her house & stole it. Have you heard about that?

Yes, in fact details about the break-in are on the link. It is on the link.

I also want to apologize for my lack of activity of late. We had an awful week in the Moore house.

Same here, been out of town. Your analysis of the poll was great, by the way. Sometimes a lack of comments just means we are speechless!! :-)

OR out of pocket......

It is good to see you back. I figured you would have a post about the amazing fundraising by Ron Paul. While I don't support him, I love the fact that he is going to be around to raise the level of intellectual debate.

Mark,

I would like to see a post on the amazing fundraiser Ron Paul had. Four million dollars in one day without spending any money to do so, INCREDABLE!
I think most would agree he has no shot at winning the nomination, but with having a large amount of money on hand I see him running as a third party candidate, even though Paul has said he wouldn't.
If he runs as a third party candidate he could be a spoiler, but for whom?
What is your take Mark?

Rick, It's a possiblity. Paul is, I believe, the only candidate that will not pledge to support the eventual nominee.....

He said he wouldn't give a blanket endorsement for any Republican no matter who ended up winning. Only a phony would agree to that.

That is, only a phony would give a blanket endorsement.

Did anyone see that Pat Robertson sold his soul for a little political clout today?

Brownback's endorsement was no surprise either. He must have realized he would have lost all credibility if he endorsed Rudy.
Romney was out, of course, after all the attacks, & I think it was just plain "sour grapes" that kept him from endorsing Huck after he beat him out in the race to win the CR. After all, Huck is the strongest of any of them on the issues that Sam claimed to champion.
Then again maybe it was just the old buddy system, you know, Senators sticking together....
It probably won't make any difference anyway.

They're all interchangeable anyway-- except for Ron Paul.

It is too late for Paul to run as a third party candidate, because he has already filed for the GOP nomination in a number of states. Most states like Arkansas have "sore loser" laws that don't let you run for the same office on another ticket once you have filed on a first ticket.
