Huckabee on Limbaugh Saying He is "Not Conservative"

Mike Huckabee appears in this two minute video snippet from FOX answering Rush Limbaugh's charge that he is not a conservative. Huckabee lists several things that he claims to support and says "if that is not conservative then I don't know what is".

While Huckabee gave a correct list of what it is to be a conservative, I find it impossible to believe that he actually holds to the positions from his own list. He governed exactly the opposite on almost every one of them.

I will say this in Huckabee's favor. The corporate media and insider talking heads don't seem to like him. They tried to ram Rudy or Romney down our throats and we spit them out. They put up insider Thompson as a faux-outsider, but he peaked before he ever started. Now they are back to pushing McCain. They don't know what to do.

The reason there is no clear frontrunner this election cycle is there is no Republican Establishment. Over the past 4 years Bush has killed it and has done to the Republican Party what Clinton did to the Democrat Party in the 90's.
