Senior Election Clerk for Honolulu Says Obama Not Born in U.S.

Mr.. Adams is a Democrat. He was in the records office in Hawaii and was in a position to know if Obama has a long form birth certificate. He says that document does not exist, and that the form being trumpeted about on the internet as Obama's birth certificate is typically used by residents whose children were born elsewhere.

He argues, incorrectly, that it should not matter that Obama was born elsewhere. The reason for his error is that he confuses naturalized citizenship with natural born citizenship. I argue, correctly (but we live in times where difficult facts are ignored rather than addressed) that it does not matter whether he was born here. He is ineligible for the Presidency because his father was a foreign national here on business from a foreign government, and therefore he does not meet the "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" clause of the 14th amendment according to the original intent of it's author (Senator Howard Jacob).

That is, I am correct if Obama was actually born here. Mr. Adams makes a strong case that Obama was not born here, and a faulty case that it doesn't matter. The whole thing looks like an attempt to condition America to the idea that it does not matter if Obama was born here or not, and if you insist that the Constitution applies to the Great One then you must be a racist!

Any serious effort to refute the evidence that Obama is not constitutionally eligible to hold the Presidency?

Fairly serious effort from fairly serious groups - quit paying attention to WND.

Re-check the vid. It's not from WND. Its from a local TV station.

Fact check is just another arm of Anneneberg, as is Resident Obama.

And even if they were not, they could not be more "expert" than the guy who was over the records in that city at the time. That's Adams, and he says Obama was born elsewhere. That's not me saying it, not WND saying it, it's Democrat Tim Adams who ran the records department in 08 saying it.

You mean this doesn't mention WND?

It does, but that is not the link to this story. This story is direct from the records official. You don't have to believe WND claims anymore, because this is they guy they were claiming said Resident Obama was not born here. And sure enough, he said what they claimed he did. He also said a bunch of other stuff to try to whitewash it which WND did not cover, but WND was correct in this guys' claim, and the vid proves it.

You are trying mightily to change the subject. I suppose that is the best one can do when they are unable to refute the evidence and unwilling to face it.

I'm gonna stick with photo evidence rather than what some guy who "claims" to be an election official and also "claims" to be a Democrat says.

Keep up the great work, though. You're doing a solid job.

If you have photographic evidence that Obama has a long form birth certificate then please post a link here. No such evidence exists.

What you are choosing to believe then, is something for which there is no photographic evidence because the conclusion at the end of where the actual evidence leads is such an unpleasant one. I don't like it either. I'd be happy to just opposed Obama on policy grounds, but the facts are the facts. I choose to be a person who honors truth by facing up to it rather than shunning it.

I didn't think it would take long for this clown to get exposed. Hope Adams enjoyed his fifteen minutes.

Why do you assume Adams is the one lying?

Why not assume Adams is lying? Where's his proof he was actually a senior elections clerk? His word?

I realize that even if a long-form birth certificate showed up (which I'm pretty sure Hawaii, nor Arkansas, even issues at all), it wouldn't matter to you all. There's always going to be something else that this tiny periphery determines is "questionable" about Obama's citizenship. The bitterness, with tints of racism, that Barack Obama is the President of the United States, will always be there.

Anyway, I'm done with this until an actual legitimate point of debate about Arkansas politics returns to this forum.

The bitterness, with tints of racism...

Lame. You almost started sounding reasonable until you dusted off this reflexive oldie. Go bait elsewhere, moron.

From the last paragraph:

"The whole thing looks like an attempt to condition America to the idea that it does not matter if Obama was born here or not, and if you insist that the Constitution applies to the Great One then you must be a racist!"
