Rand Paul of Kentucky: First Speech from Senate Floor
Our neighbors from Kentucky have elected quite a Senator. I can't even imagine Sen. John Boozman or Mark Pryor making this speech.

Very impressive. A 2016 Presidential candidate?
Is there someone better in 2012?
Not that any President is going to stop the train at this point.
I don't see anyone better for '12. In fact I don't see anyone I do like in '12. Being an unknown for the most part and just being elected to the senate, I don't think he would run until 2016 at the earliest.
