I think he misunderstood what "Fred" was saying when he said he was bringing it up at the TEA Party meeting. Still, the man's an embarrassment and a clown.
I find it somewhat ironic that his bill is to ensure that the produce sold at farmers markets "is fresh produce, not out-of-date merchandise bought at Wal-Mart and foisted off as locally grown." Given that, by limiting who can sell at farmers markets, the obvious beneficiaries are the fixed-location grocers such as Wal-Mart. Cui Bono?
Jeffress is a nanny state idiot.
He can't go to the farmer's market without sucking on the teat of his nanny(the state).
He's the Tattler in Chief not the freedom loving citizen sending him an email.
This guy is prima facie evidence as to why Arkansas is the only state in the South that is still blue.
