Shutting down the government over $60B is a joke. The dems claim that's to much cuts and that's the best the repubs can do this time around. The real battle is next years budget and I have little or no hope that the cuts needed will be approved. The Fed is going to continue to print money and DC will continue to spend this country into a financial collapse. People better quit watching Dancing with the Stars and prepare for extremely high inflation that will hit the US in the near future.

And, Rick, the meager $38 billion they "cut" was actually mostly just fancy accounting gimmicks. We haven't gained any serious ground since the freshmen were sworn in. That may not be their fault, but it is what it is: too little, too late.
