Dept. of Education Issues Warrants, Sends SWAT Team for Student Loans!
Our State Controlled Media hasn't mentioned this because they are too busy with 24/7 coverage of Wiener gate and some pop-tart's latest trip to rehab. That is why we have to go to a British paper to bring you this outrageous story.

It is of course, completely illegal for the Department of Education, part of the executive branch, to issue search warrants.
While it was reported in the media that the search was related to a defaulted student loan, that is incorrect. This is related to a criminal investigation. The Inspector General's Office does not execute search warrants for late loan payments.
And the crime is likely "fraud" for taking student loans when they had no intention of paying them back- or even completing the coursework. Still, all search warrants are to come from the judicial branch, per the constitution.
